HACF focuses on Women Training & Employment Program that aims to extend training for up-gradation of skills and sustainable employment for women through a variety of action-oriented projects which employ women in large numbers. We are also working for tribal, women, the youth of rural areas, and tribal in the Himalayan region.
The central theme of our organization was to determine the women’s participation and NGOs’ function with regards to developing them and to provide skill-based training and workshops. This objective used a quantitative approach in the inquiry process to understand and explain the issues study.
A survey research design was used in empowering women in rural areas. It is a procedure in quantitative approach which helps the researchers to administer a questionnaire to identify trends in the attitudes, opinion, behavior, or characteristics of their occupation.
