We have successfully practiced, grass rooted awareness, for integrated development of the socially backward, tribal, deprived & weaker sections of the society. Focusing on women, children in distress, tribal, marginal farmers, deprived community through creation of awareness on livelihood opportunities generation through skill development, entrepreneurship development, hand holding support, resource mobilization, agricultural promotion through and technical support programmed for the targeted groups are the key activities continued throughout.

HACF is based on the ideologies of people oriented development through self-reliance, resource mobilization, self-governance by decentralizing the rights and responsibilities through people empowerment by capacitating them so as to realize and exercise their rights and potentialities in establishing a caste-less, religion-less, secular and democratic society, based on equality, brotherhood, solidarity and socio economic justice.

Our past projects include awareness camps on Health, JLG/SHG Projects with Cooperative Banks, Financial Inclusion Camps, Employment generation and Entrepreneurship seminars, research evaluation on Socio-Economic and livelihood and leadership camping programs for school children, in states like Rajasthan and Uttrakhand.

We presently center on skill training to women and youth in rural areas, entrepreneurship and skill-based program for the tribal and women of Rajasthan on textile, stone, and leather. Along with this we also organize seminars and workshop for artisans of Rajasthan on textile, stone, leather, the technical support, new designs & latest technology, financial support, Government Schemes for artisans, Marketing support, raw materials etc.

HACF also aspires to organize seminars related to mental health and the importance of psychology wellbeing in rural areas for children and adults, in the coming future.
