Projects Of HACF

In the last few years, HACF is proud to have worked on the following projects for the development of underprivileged groups: 

Awareness on Health, Hygiene, and Nutrition

Seminar and awareness campaigns were organized on themes specific and familiar to rural areas such as anemia, malnutrition, clean and safe drinking water, pre and postnatal care. Information is also provided on the means of access to the sanitary and hygiene facilities set up by the government, which in turn allows access to long-term medical care and disease prevention.

This year we have been engaged to build the capacities of women to be self-reliant, and free from all kinds of exploitation and abuse. For this purpose, regular meetings were organized to encourage saving, record keeping, maintenance of records, meeting and its recording minutes, financial management, and accessing govt. schemes etc. All the group had been linked 

Formation and Capacity building of JLG /Farmer Clubs

JLG and farmer’s clubs have been formed to carry out farming & Non Farming activities for income generation. Farmer clubs were organized in which members of JLG and farmer’s clubs knew techniques like crop rotation, vermicompost, natural farming, good agricultural practices, Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana, credit card, crop insurance, and minimum support price, etc

Financial Literacy Program

In this campaign, various Government schemes were highlighted such as Jan Dhan Yojana, Mudra Yojana, Atal Pension Yojana, Jivan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Kissan Credit Card, Pradhan Mantri Employment Guarantee Program, PMEGP, SHG and credit linkage schemes. Social security 

Vocational/Skill Training and entrepreneurship development/Employment generation

To make women and youth self-sufficient and independent, we help them to start their small-scale businesses; handicrafts in their local area to ensure them a safe and secure source of income and to stop migration from rural areas by providing better facilities in their areas.

Financial inclusion handholding support and linkages

Awareness of financial products and services were organized to meet their needs – the opening of accounts, preparing documents, KYC, transactions, payments, savings, credit, and insurance- delivered responsibly and sustainably.
