Impact Of HACF
The central theme of our organization was to determine the women’s & youth participation and NGOs’ function with regards to developing them and to provide skill-based training and workshops. This objective used a quantitative approach in the inquiry process to understand and explain the issues study.
A survey research design was used in empowering women in rural areas. It is a procedure in quantitative approach which helps the researchers to administer a questionnaire to identify trends in the attitudes, opinion, behavior, or characteristics of their occupation.
At the same time, this study also employed a qualitative technique to answer and understand the function of our organization for the development of empowering women in rural areas and tribes.
We have built capacities for women for self-reliance and free from all kinds of exploration and abuse. For this purpose, regular meetings were organized to encourage savings, record keeping, maintenance of records, meetings, and recording minutes, financial management accessing government schemes, etc. All the groups had linked with local banks and availed the loans from the banks for entrepreneurial initiatives like handicraft and micro-enterprise.
The ratio of the demographic of attendees is that of 70% women and 30% men. Overall the impact of this initiative what’s positive. We have helped women of rural areas and various tribes to learn a certain skill set and help become employed in their respective areas.
